After class Thursday, we had a Sevillanas (flamenco) dance class. The little lady that taught the dance steps was very patient. The kids did well but Señor failed miserably.

After dance class, we went right to cooking class, where we learned how to make a Tortilla de Patatas, or Tortilla Española. Not to be confused with a Mexican tortilla, it is sort of like a potato omelette, more potato than egg.
