Wednesday afternoon we met at 4:00 to go to the Museo Taurino, or Museum of Bullfighting. Due to some mixups, we ended up visiting La Universidad Pontificia (The Pontifical University, the other university in Salamanca, a private Catholic University) and la Clerecía (the church attached to the university. This turned out to be good, because the bullfight museum was rather small.

The university was founded by the Jesuits. It is still an active school today.

The patio
This staircase is of curious workmanship, there are no columns nor beams supporting it.
In the bullfight museum
The museum is largely dedicated to "El Viti", a famous matador from Salamanca
